Lær at samarbejde med Naturen/Collaboration with (not against) Mother Earth

Vi ser på havens “overskud” af græs, grene og blade, lærer hvordan vi kan genbruge disse “gaver” til kvashegn, kompost og jorddække og hvilken positiv betydning metoderne har for havens biodiversitet, vandkapacitet og muldlag.

Dagens praktiske arbejde bliver beskæring af bøgehæk til opbygning af vores kvashegn.

We look at the garden's "surplus" of grass, branches and leaves, learn how we can reuse these "gifts" for brushwood fences, compost and ground covers and all the positive effects these methods have on biodiversity, water capacity and soil life.

Today's practical work will be pruning beech hedges for our brushwood fence.
