Step on Stage #6

Step On Stage (S.O.S) once again invites you to an evening of music created and performed by Denmark’s emerging talents.

 As always, we strive to create a safe space where all artists can step onto the stage, perform live for you, and share their music with the world. Stop by to support local independent artists - and maybe discover your new favourite band!

 At this edition of Step on Stage, you can experience: 

All Things Considered Songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Rasmus Højer creates experimental singer-songwriter music under the name. All Things Considered, drawing on influences from artists such as Bon Iver, James Blake, Jordan Rakei, and Radiohead. 

The project explores existential and, at times, political themes through intimate yet expansive arrangements that move fluidly between the bleak and the hopeful.   At its core lies a strong emphasis on live performance. The material was developed and tested throughout autumn 2025 at venues such as Urban 13 and other smaller stages in Nørrebro. In spring 2026, the project evolves into a stripped-back trio format, allowing the songs to unfold in a more acoustic and intimate setting. 

Ude For Referat One of the latest bands to come out of the blossoming Copenhagen underground scene. The band consists of five friends, each with their own roots in widely different parts of their local music scenes, who found each other through a shared love of song-writing and musical experimenting. Ude For Referat is, in many ways, your typical rockband, but with a more holistic  approach and an artistic emotional edge. Their musical inspirations reach far and wide; everything from the likes of Radiohead and Kashmir to Magdalena Bay and Caroline Polachek. This results in an unique sound, consisting of cold synthetic textures, catchy pop-melodies and extended guitar-heavy jam-sessions. The lyrics are all in danish and seek to explore and examine all the little things one may find, lying between the mundane lines of everyday life. Everything that is left out of sight, out of mind and off the record.

 Ude For Referat was formed in July 2025 at Den Rytmiske Højskole in Vig The band is: Sophia Skotte, Søren Moore, Jens Chr. Norup, Cornelius Vædele og Albert Aagaard.
